1) Business Development Executive (Kuala Lumpur - Selangor)
 

you are responsible to...

• Perform market research in areas of competition, prospective clients and potential for new business.
• Execute strategies to achieve annual sales target.
• Follow up - Ongoing follow up with clients from initial presentation to proposal, to the end of signing the course.
• For presentation - Present initial "pitch to" clients with understand of client’ business and services requirements order to develop tailored solutions.
• For Prospecting - Contact new clients to introduce Tan & Partners Consultancy Services Sdn.Bhd  services and generate opportunity for a presentation.
• Achieve sustainable, profitable, growth within Identified markets.
• Maintain existing clients.

Requirement...

• Good oral & written communication skills, excellent customer relations skills and possess strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• At least 2 years' experience in training and consulting services, or sales in other service related industries.
• Strong managerial qualities and able to work independently under pressure in a team environment.
• Excellent service attitude and passionate in working closely with organizations to develop service excellence people culture and business processes.
• Possess qualities of a business builder with strong analytical skills, strong drive, resourcefulness and results orientated.
• Goods track record of success in sales & marketing or business development.
  

2) Accounts/Audit assistant

Requirement...

• Possess LCCI or equivalent qualification.
• Preferable with UBS Software Knowledge.
• Must computer literate.
• Independently and possess of responsibility.
• Able to complete the work timely and efficiently.
• Laise to Supervisor for work co-ordination purpose.
• Able to communicate with client in work arrangement.
• To give necessary advise to client upon client's request.
• Able to assign by company to client workplace.
