  • SAGE UBS Accounting & Assets Register (v9.6)
    UBS Accounting is the core product at UBS Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Developed in year 1990, it has now become a household name in computerized accounting software, with more than 120,000 installations in Malaysia. Its simplicity to use and comprehensive reports has prompted many institutes of higher learning such as university, college and private school to apply UBS Accounting as one of their course material. Currently, over 350 of these institutes have included UBS  Accounting in their course materials. Joining the suite of UBS total business solutions is the UBS Assets Register Software. UBS Assets Register provides you with the tool to optimize your asset utilization. It helps track, monitor and manage all your assets and reduce your asset maintenance cost.
    Many features are available in the system to enable companies to handle their work easier and faster. It has multiple language capabilities that consist of English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and Thai language. Its modules include General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and are able to operate accounting entries up to 18 months of accounting period. Assets Register performs namely: collating the new assets acquired information, maintain the organization assets historical records, compute the depreciation of assets & determine the gain or loss on disposal of assets.

    UBS Inventory & Billing makes inventory management easy and efficient. UBS Inventory & Billing puts the control back to you. You have the flexibility to handle all types of inventory transactions and have instant update and inventory status at your fingertips.
    UBS Inventory & Billing is a real time system that updates your stock immediately after entry. It also performs as an invoicing system whereby you can print invoice and delivery order. Extensive R & D over the years has improved the effectiveness of the system. A simple yet powerful Bill of Material module has been included to enhance the system. Four methods of stock valuation are provided in the system, namely Fixed Cost, First In First Out (FIFO), Monthly Moving Average and Moving Average. Different levels of security for data access are available. The system also provides six types unit of measurement with location, category and item group control. If required, a picture of the stock item can also be inserted.

     
     

  • SAGE UBS Payroll & Human Resource Management 
    UBS Payroll is specially designed to make the payroll processing simple, efficient and accurate to meet both management and statutory requirements. UBS Payroll for Windows caters to all government requirements such as KWSP Borang A, SOCSO Borang 8A/2/3 and Income Tax EA Form, CP8, CP22, CP22A, CP39 and PCB2 (11). With its monthly, weekly, daily, hourly and piece rated computation, it has become an effective payroll system for all type of business and industries. To make it more convenient for companies, UBS Payroll is able to convert the net salaries data to text format via diskette for Banks that offers credit salaries facilities.
    UBS Human Resource Management is a specially designed application software to help manage personnel effectively and efficiently for small- and medium-sized enterprises. It is a flexible solution to facilitate the management of standard human resource related procedures via electronic application modules, such as leave and reimbursement / claim application / control, resources requisition, and performance appraisal processes. UBS Human Resource Management can be integrated with UBS Payroll and UBS Time Attendance System.

    UBS Time Attendance System is designed for management to keep track of employees' daily/ monthly attendance, employees' working hours, and computation of overtime, shift allowances, leave management and others. It has been designed for data capturing either from external sources like Finger-Print Reader, Magnetic Card Reader, Barcode Reader or direct from the Terminal Simulator. A further advantage is that it is designed to relieve the tedious recording tasks, and reduce manual calculations leading to increase in efficiency in payroll computation.
    UBS Time Attendance System comprises of Punctuality Report, Daily/Monthly Attendance Report, Abnormal Shift Report, Overtime Report and others.The system is suitable for all types of businesses. It is user-friendly with user definable overtime and allowance computations and it also provides exception reports. All information can be linked up and updated to UBS Payroll system for payroll processing and production of payroll reports.
